PURE DPC Medicine+Aesthetics is a Direct Primary Care Medical Clinic located near Palencia in Saint Augustine, Florida.
We are excited to offer an innovative healthcare model that features a monthly membership fee instead of insurance. We believe in turning back the clock to a time when medicine was personal, compassionate, affordable, and truly patient-centered.
You will have direct access to your doctor for appointments, calls, texts, or tele-health visits. No waiting weeks or even months to see the doctor who knows you best. You will be able to get most prescriptions, procedures, labs, and imaging at deeply discounted prices.
Our goal is to help our patients achieve optimal health and wellness, and to provide personalized care that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. We are committed to empowering our patients to take control of their health and to live their best lives.
Our services include family and integrative medicine, aesthetics, featuring InMode Morpheus8 Face and Body and Triton Hair Removal System, Botox and fillers, medical weight loss, and minor procedures, including joint injections, biopsies, IV fluids or infusions.
Services and Benefits
At PURE DPC Medicine+Aesthetics, Drs. Bacon and Wolf provide a wide range of medical services to our patients. We believe in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms. Each patient experience is tailored to their individual needs. The monthly membership covers your primary care needs. If any additional charges are warranted, these will be communicated prior to the service with complete price transparency.
Our services and benefits included in your monthly membership fee:

Annual preventative examinations (basic labs are included according to screening guidelines) *any additional labs requested will be the patients responsibility but at my cost

Care for the entire family, currently accepting all ages

Annual well-woman exams

Sports physicals

Same physician every visit with true continuity of care

Unlimited medical appointments with Dr. Bacon, if necessary

Extended office visits (30 - 60 minutes) with minimal to no wait times

Chronic medical condition management, including education, counseling, and close follow-up

Sub-specialist referral and care coordination

Acute Injury/illness management with same or next day appointments

After hours urgent needs (24/7), by phone, at the discretion of Dr. Bacon

Limited home visits, at the discretion of Dr. Bacon

Procedures included: skin biopsies (pathology fees apply) removal of minor skin tags or moles (pathology fees apply), blood venipuncture, nebulizer treatments, EKG, ear lavage, vision screening, hearing screening, pap smear (pathology fees apply), joint injections (plus cost of medications), IV fluids and/or infusions if needed.

Labs included: Basic annual labs (as indicated above), pregnancy testing (limited), glucose testing, urinalysis (if culture indicated will be additional fee)
Additional costs outside of membership would include:

Wholesale prices on medications dispensed from office, in office labs and diagnostic testing

In office procedures, plus cost of supplies, including: abscess incision and drainage, IV therapy, urinary catheterization, laceration repairs, limited vaccines in office

In office testing including: influenza, strep testing, blood glucose, urine pregnancy testing, hemoglobin A1C, EKG, doppler ultrasound, and many more.
